At Clear’s new headquarters, located at 85 10th Avenue in New York City, Wohl Diversified Services delivered expert acoustical treatments and fireproofing for this expansive, high-profile office space.

Our team installed over 31,000 square feet of International Cellulose Corporation’s SonaSpray, a premium acoustical treatment known for its refined, finer-textured finish. This product was chosen to enhance the building’s modern aesthetic while delivering superior sound absorption and overall acoustic performance.

In addition, we applied Cafco 300 light-density fireproofing to nearly 100 structural steel columns plus stair openings, providing essential fire safety and ensuring compliance with all building code requirements.

This project reflects Wohl’s expertise in integrating high-performance acoustical finishes with critical life-safety systems, creating a safe, efficient, and visually refined environment for one of the nation’s leading technology companies.
