At The Mediapro Studios at Great Point Studios, located at 1050 Broadway in Yonkers, NY, Wohl successfully delivered a complex, multi-trade scope of work in a cutting-edge, 50,000+ square foot production facility. This project required seamless coordination between multiple specialties, including fireproofing, acoustical treatments, and spray foam insulation, to meet stringent performance, safety, and environmental requirements.

Our team utilized industry-leading products such as Cafco Blaze-Shield II and Cafco Fendolite MII for superior fire protection, International Cellulose Corporation K-13 for high-performing acoustical finishes, and NCFI InsulBloc OPTIMAXX closed-cell foam to provide advanced thermal insulation and air sealing. The result is a durable, efficient, and comfortable space designed to support GreatPoint Studios’ state-of-the-art film and television production operations.
